Shipping policy

I ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia using Australia Post. 

As all items are handmade please allow up to 2 business days for ready-made orders to be shipped and up to 2 weeks for custom orders to be made and then shipped. If there are any delays with posting the items the customer will be contacted as soon as possible.

Due to weather and other delays estimated times may not be always be accurate. Please allow up to 2-6 weeks for domestic shipping and 1-3 months for international shipping. 

Claire's Creations is not responsible for any delays, damages or lost mail as a result of Australia Post. 

Please ensure your address is correct upon checkout. Once the item has been shipping we are unable to change the address and will not offer any refunds.

• Shipping estimates are from time of shipment, not when the order was placed. 
• Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include public holidays or weekends.
• International orders may incur custom fees. Claire's Creations is not responsible for any customs fees and these must be paid by the customer upon collection.
